We have a winner!

Gillian E is the winner of the Paws contest.  Gillian correctly picked the photo from my website that will be part of the Paws for Charity art book project and will be receiving her own copy of the book.

Paws for a cause | charity book project & a contest!

Well, I just got home from 5 days in Vegas where I attended a photo conference and filled my brain with inspiration. But more on that once the jet lag wears off...

However, I couldn't wait to share the news that one of my photographs was selected for inclusion in a book project to support the fight against breast cancer.  The project, called the 2010 Paws for Charity Art Book Project, is an art book full of artwork related to animals and their relationships with people.  The book includes photographs, paintings and other artwork. 

All proceeds from the sale of the book to the Avon Foundation Breast Cancer Crusade which supports breast cancer programs in over 50 countries.

The book will be available to order online starting in about April.  As soon as it's available I will post details on how to get your own copy. 

So, I bet you are wondering which of my photos will be in the book?  Let's have a little fun with this, shall we?  

Paws for a Cause contest:

To win your very own copy of the book, here's what you need to do:

1. Go to my website.
2. Have a look at all of the photos on the site.  The image that was chosen is there...
3. Post a comment either on my blog (or via facebook if you are viewing this post there) telling me which image you think is the one that will be in the book.

The rules:

• You only get one guess (per person; not per email please!).
• You have to make your guess by commenting right here on the blog or facebook to qualify. Include a simple description of the image to identify your pick.
• You only have until midnight March 21, 2010 to do this.
• If more than one person gets it right, I will do a random draw for the winner.
